At South East Motorsport we take pride in the extensive knowledge we have of our wide range of products that we provide along with the technical information to back up the services we provide.

When purchasing either a product or service from South East Motorsport, you as the customer are assured that there is full backing from our technical team available via email or telephone during our standard business hours for any queries you may have. Whether it be related to fitting issues with our products or after sales support for a bespoke service provided – we can guarantee that we are here to help!

Where applicable, our products are provided with comprehensive fitting instructions allowing our customers to fit the items themselves as long as they are able to follow instructions methodically. However, some items are easier to fit than others! The SEM Diesel Tuning Box for example is very simple to fit and takes less than 15 minutes to complete. Whereas fitting a set of performance camshafts is a job recommended to only be completed by a competent DIY mechanic, or by a professional such as a member of the South East Motorsport technical team.

 

Warranty

All products provided by South East Motorsport are covered by a 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty. For full details please see our warranty statement

The SEM Diesel Tuning Box is covered by a 24 month RTB warranty under the same terms of our warranty statement.

For any warranty returns please follow the same returns procedure as detailed in the ordering section by obtaining an RMA number before sending any items back to South East Motorsport.
