UK Next day delivery available on all stocked items if order received before 1pm. Any items out of stock will be notified in the order confirmation email with an expected delivery time included.

  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been placed successfully.
  • All orders placed prior to 1pm will be sent out for next day delivery if the item is held in stock. If the item is not held in stock then we shall contact you to inform you when the item is due to arrive at the designated delivery address.
  • When placing an order, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address, and if possible both landline and mobile contact numbers.

  • Our delivery charges are detailed in the checkout phase of the ordering process. Our standard service is for next day delivery. A timed delivery service is also available upon request – please contact us for further details.
  • You will receive the order via courier and be expected to sign for the delivery – please check the condition of the package before signing for it as received in good condition.
  • Your documents including the invoice/delivery note will be contained within the package. Please keep the invoice for proof of purchase.

Returns/Refund procedure

  • If in the event that you need to return any product for exchange or refund you are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order for an RMA number. Once a valid RMA number has been attained, you can then suitably re-package the item and send the package to our address via recorded delivery or via a courier service that requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Once the item is received, we shall send an email or call to confirm that we have received it and ship a replacement item or process a refund as required.
